Our Philosophy
We are an independent, family owned business that takes tremendous pride in offering products that are unique.
Our food is created naturally, by hand, using no chemicals, no preservatives, no pre-made mixes, no hydrogenated oils, or other unnatural ingredients that you can’t pronounce. Many bakeries use these shortcuts to produce their food—we do not.
We are different things to different people. For some, we are a fantastic coffee shop; others know us as a unique artisan bakery; for others we are an amazing bistro. Regardless of how people see us, it is always our goal to have our customers leave with a great impression that keeps them coming back while promoting us to their friends & family while they are in town, or while away.
