Cupcakes
Just for fun we will occasionally make cupcakes. Watch for them around Valentines Day and Mother’s Day.
Stuffing Bread
Made for certain seasonal events this bread smells, and tastes, just like stuffing. A blend of whole wheat and white flour with seasonings and herbs, onions and apples. Many of our customers use this bread to make their stuffing or use it as an accompaniment to turkey dinner. And there is simply nothing better for leftover turkey sandwiches.
Shortbread
We make our Traditional Shortbread with real butter. It almost melts in your mouth.
Mincemeat Tarts
Mincemeat does not contain meat! It is a collection of different fruits (apples, currants, apples and pears) and almonds that are soaked in rum to preserve it. Traditionally mincemeat is made with suet (beef fat). Ours is vegetarian and does not contain suet, instead we use butter. It is a very traditional English dessert. Our mincemeat is made from a 12 year old starter making it incredibly rich and very delicious. Mincemeat tarts are hand made, traditional shortbread. Very nice on their own or warmed and served with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Light Christmas Cake
This cake is lighter in flavour than the dark cake. Light fruit cakes are hand decorated with nuts and fruit and an apricot glaze. Made with light rum, almonds, pecans, brazil nuts, and hazelnuts and lighter fruits such as candied apricot and raisins. Contains alcohol.
Dark Christmas Cake
Made with molasses, espresso and brown sugar, dark Christmas cake is heavier, richer and more flavourful than the light cake. Made with heavier fruits such as dates and raisins generously soaked with dark rum. The cake has a layer of Bliss marzipan topped with vanilla fondant.

Cheddar Ale Potato Bread (sourdough)
Made with beer and potatoes this bread has a unique, velvety texture. Then we add in some green onions and cheese for a bread with amazing flavour.
Multigrain Sourdough
Our Okanagan Sourdough with seed and grains gives a nutty flavour and makes for a substantial bread that’s not too heavy.
Olive Bread (sourdough)
Okanagan Sourdough with thyme and kalamata olives. So good even people that don’t like olives will enjoy it. Particularly delicious with olive oil and balsamic for dipping.
Country Loaf (sourdough)
We add whole wheat to our Okanagan Sourdough starter to create this hearty bread.
Cranberry Sourdough
Made with the same traditional starter as our Okanagan sourdough, this loaf gets a sweet tang from sundried cranberries. This bread is perfect with poultry and makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches.
Okanagan Sourdough
Okanagan Sourdough was created from grapes from Cedar Creek Winery, giving the bread a unique tang that cannot be replicated. Our traditional sourdough starter has contiued uninterrupted since we opened Bliss in 2005. This bread is characterized not only by its tangy flavour, but also by its thick, blistered crust and dense, bubbled inner crumb.
Creamy Dill Pasta Salad
Fresh dill and pickles give this pasta salad a tasty punch.

Couscous tossed with fresh lemon garlic dressing, crisp veggies, olives and fresh herbs
Greek Salad
Crisp English Cucumbers, assorted peppers, thin red onions, Kalamatta Olives and cow feta cheese. We dress this in our bliss made dressing with a hint of basil.
Pesto Orzo
Orzo pasta with pesto, sundried and grape tomatoes, walnuts, feta and basil.
Avocado Tuna Wrap
Albacore tuna with our special lemon caper aioli, avocado and rice.
Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Hot sauced chicken with house made ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, lettuce & tomato. Best eaten cold!
Greek Wrap
This Vegan wrap has so much delicious flavour! Greek rice, crisp veggies paired with our house made hummus and famous Greek dressing.
Breakfast Wrap
One of our most popular! Creamy scrambled eggs, roast potatoes, bacon, salsa and cheddar cheese fill this substantial wrap.

Butter Chicken Wrap

Split Pea & Ham with Caramelized Onions
We slowly sauté ham and onions to build a deep flavour base with rich warm spices such as cumin and turmeric. Finished with tons of fresh herbs and caramelized onions. There is nothing ordinary about this soup!
Organic Chicken Noodle
We use organic chicken to create an aromatic stock and use organic carrots and celery along with fresh herbs and a hint of paprika spice! Fine noodles are added to create the perfect comfort soup. Sells out fast.
Golden Coconut Lentil | vegan
Complex spices including cardamom are toasted and sautéed with slow simmered onions, red lentils and coconut fill out the body while chick peas, tomatoes and spinach add a dash of brilliant color!
French Wild Mushroom
Though we only make this soup in the fall and winter, it is a customer favourite and has earned its place on this list. We take a mix of French wild mushrooms and cook them with a blend of local mushrooms then add wild rice to this creamy house made marcapone broth. Unlike any mushroom soup out there! Pair it with our Whipped Garlic Baguette and you have an incredible meal!
Roasted Carrot Sweet Potato | vegan
First we coat our carrots in pure olive oil and slowly roast them to develop their sweet flavour. We roast our curry flavoured sweet potatoes and bring the Indian inspired flavours together in this incredible soup.
Hearty Black Bean | vegan
Loads of black beans and corn are simmered with tomatoes, cilantro and red onions and finished with lime juice, this soup could easily be mistaken as a chili.
Spicy Sicilian Bean
So much flavour! Delicious spicy capicolli, beef, tomatoes, beans and split peas and finished with fresh basil.
Tomato Spinach | Vegetarian
