Our food is produced in one central location and this is it!
Doing everything in one place helps us to ensure quality and consistency in everything we do.
Working in a kitchen where there is space to move allows us to roast all our own meats, make our own soups (starting with our own fresh stocks!), bake everything we make from natural, raw ingredients.
We also offer a cozy cafe space to gather for meetings, pause for a break in your day or meet up with a friend. When the weather is good we even have a patio for you to enjoy the sunshine on.

Peachland
Find Bliss on the beach
Our first location in the lovely little community of Peachland.
When we opened here all of our baking was done on-site with a window for the bakers to watch the lake as the sun came up. It wasn’t long before we added to our baking repertoire with sandwiches, soups, lasagnas, shepherds pie and whatever took our fancy (or you asked us to create).
Watching production teams was a bit like observing a graceful dance. Bread rising. Meat roasting. Sauces stirring. Muffins muffinning. It was around the point that we did our first catering order for over 300 people that we realized we were going to need a bigger kitchen.
